Spring 2014: The Essentials

Hey y'all!  We're off school again today, and what better way to spend a snow day than getting ready for spring?  The release of Lilly Spring 2014 and all the bright colors on Pinterest have me so ready to start putting outfits together for the warmer months.  Here are a few of my favorites for spring!

I've always had a thing for colored shorts.  There are so many things to wear with them and I practically have a different color for ever day of the week.  I'll definitely be wearing them throughout spring and into summer.

Just like colored shorts, I love my Sperrys.  While winter and fall are the seasons of riding boots, nothing looks better with a new pair of capris than Sperrys.  They are so classic and match almost anything.

I also love bright accessories in spring.  From jewelry to a wristlet, there's so many ways to add a little burst of color.  Isn't that what spring is all about?

Finally, I think it's absolutely necessary to have the perfect pullover for spring, especially with the unpredictable weather in South Carolina.  You never know when the weather will change from warm and sunny to breezy or chilly, and having something cute that you can just pull on makes the transition easy and comfy.
