Another Day in Paradise

Hey y'all!  Today was another fabulous day in Charleston.  After a tour of College of Charleston in the morning {still can't believe I'm touring colleges}, we headed to Folly Beach for a little fun in the sun.  Just like yesterday, beautiful scenery was everywhere I looked.  Unlike a lot of people in South Carolina, I didn't grow up around the beach or vacation there every summer, so it was a really special experience for me.  The sand is so soft and the water is so beautiful.  Even the smell of salt water in the air made me appreciate my surroundings so much.  I wish I never had to leave.

I loved spending the day with my sisters and my mom, but really wish my dad could have been with us.

I must have taken a million pictures of the ocean over the course of the day, but who wouldn't?  It's breathtaking!

After Folly Beach, we headed back into Charleston to enjoy an awesome seafood dinner at Bubba Gump Shrimp Company.  I had the Pear and Berry Salad and I couldn't have asked for a better meal.

I'm so fortunate to have had the opportunity to visit Folly Beach.  I can't wait to continue exploring the coast tomorrow, because I'm having the time of my life!
